Samos (Recreate)
I've just returned from a very blessed and enjoyable week in Samos, where I went over to tutor a small group of artists who came to the Greek Island of Samos with Richmond Holidays for their Recreate week. Twelve budding and experienced artists attended daily sessions where I instructed the group in water colour painting and life drawing. I concentrated on the individual needs of each participant, encouraging them, teaching them the importance of observation, helped them get a painting started and basic figure drawing techniques - a privilege to see them develop and be part of their joy.
